We realized a first machine in chocolate printer version. Our Impressionnante printer is a digital pastry bag which allows to realize the customization of decorations on desserts or sculptures. A printer for salted dishes is in studies.

Goodies bin picking cell

The Goodies bin picking cell is composed of a CIRRUS3D vision sensor by VisioNerf and a YASKAWA robot. The CIRRUS3D sensor installed above the Goodies in bulk is equipped with Eyesberg PICK3D software. The acquired 3D point cloud associated with the Goodies 3D model allows us to locate it precisely by managing collisions and overlaping. Then to communicate to the robot the coordinates (x,y,z,Rx,Ry,Rz) in the part frame in less than 5 sec. The robot equipped with a gripper specially designed for this Goodies will pick it in the bulk and deposit it in one of the 6 boxes.
